The only thing we could connect off of google was Deviantart. We are contacting the college today to see if they will release his email password, hoping it will be the same and also giving us access to then reset his other passwords. In this case we wish the family member had left the password behind because all the pictures are on his external harddrive which he backed up to before buying a new computer over christmas

We tried that too, used a scrabble program to find all the words it could possibly be

Remster - the drive is 256bit encrypted, already tried to slave it and access, doesn't show anything... There is an option to disable the virtual disk by doing a firmware update, however of course I need the password to update the firmware. I'm doing this more for his sister whom is a very close friend of mine as well. He was only 24 and we know he kept all his pictures on the external drive which the family would like to have By no means would I be hacking a computer and the drive by any other means, that's why the sister and I are looking at the drive first before the parents, lol we already cleaned the porn off his computer haha! edit to add: yes it is "renoit" it was also his password hint on his computer however with the linux disk I use it just erases the password so we never saw what it was on his pc. We don't have access to any of his other accounts, email, facebook, myspace etc so we're hoping that by figuring out what "renoit" might mean they can access the rest of this stuff.

Does the word "renoit" mean anything to you? A friend of mine passed away in a car accident last Thursday. I'm helping the family with his affairs and was able to use a LINUX disk to remove his computer password however he has an external drive that is password protected and encrypted. Western Digital said all we can do is reformat the drive, which isn't an option... Can people possibly post what they think the word might mean? Thank you, more heads thinking the better

hehe i already drive fast and now this will let me drive EVEN faster. I'm slowly getting the car ready for the 200mph club. With the combined race spoiler in the back I had put on Sat and now the chin splitter yesterday and some other minor mods I'll feel more confident in my endevour. There is already a noticable amount of extra "heavyness" when in the triple digits as the car starts to suck down onto the ground. I have almost a near perfect weight and distribution ration now of 51/49. Now just some extra cooling for the brakes and stainless steel lines to low my ass down from 200 :) Oh and the best part of all lol. My license plate is Compensating haha "CMPN S8N"

I know there are a few other vette owners and lovers out there so I thought I'd share. Here's my baby Brianna (08 z06) with the ONLY gm authentic zr1 carbon fiber front splitter in the nation hehe. I'm kinda giddy because I have the only one lol, well except for the guys who spent 140k and bought a zr1. There is a noticable difference in the downforce and cornering already and it just makes her look so much more sexy now

i just had a guy at work get it yesterday. I use mbam to clean it up, works great where others miss things mbam always cleans up.

Ok so a co-worker today was trying to figure out a good comeback for when she's out or traveling. She says it happens all the time, guys come up to her and go 'I bet you get hit on all the time" What would a snappy or funny comeback to that one be lol? I want to give her a list she can start using tomorrow at work haha

Yeah a found an old phone number but can't find an email address. Did a search on google and myspace etc and no match either. 2005 would have been the last time I heard from him that gives me a timeline, I might be able to pull emails from that era thanks!
