I'm a vidiot at Orange. Great dropzone. You should come out and pay us a visit. We have a couple of Quantico jumpers. There will be a nice party this weekend with some freefly organizing.

Ignore what you are hearing and trust me... Skydive Midwest freakin rocks!!!!! That place is so much fun and the people couldn't be nicer. I had a good friend of mine start his AFF progression at that dropzone and I've flown some video there before. They fly a really fast King Air and they have a cute little hangar to chill in. Every time I'm there I have a blast and I always get some sweet freefly jumps in. Personally I think it's the best place to start AFF. She will get a lot of attention since it is a smaller, more personal dropzone. The instructors are fantastic and really cater to the students.

$25 registration = free one-on-one coaching, organizing & saturday night dinner. the theme is mardi gras w/a new orleans feast to follow jumping for all registered participants.

Every single one of them, damnit. That's right... after 1500 jumps I re-learned to pack. Thanks to all the riggers who enjoyed laughing at me whilst showing me some tricks. Well, I was just wondering if that was a beer offense. Has that ever happened before? Yes, dear. Believe it or not, I have packed before. It's rare, but it's been done. And now that I started again I think I'll keep it up. I just have to explain all the bruises on my knees.

Hey Shorty!!! I miss you guys! Hope all is well in O-hi-o! 8 jumps, no beer I have backed off of tandem videos... at least for now so I can play a bit... and enjoyed 7 fantastic fun jumps. I can't believe I sitll remember how to freefly!!! I did do 1 work jump... but ONLY one.

that's how i got to dc. just stay flexible. contact some local jumpers, they are great help for finding out the best place to live, job leads, etc. craigslist helps a lot for finding housing.
