From the dis-assembly, These three screws I'm having trouble remembering where they go. They definitely came from the machine but there doesn't seem to be any place obvious for them. I know for certain they did not come from inside of the head. Perhaps from the front some place but everything that is needed such as thread guides and tension discs are in place with all the screws. Nothing on the back looks like it takes a small screw like these. Maybe underneath where the bobbins go someplace? Thing is, nothing obvious there either and all the working pieces are secure properly and working. Once I get a couple more in the mail... I was able to figure out the presser bar, the flat spring for presser tension based on the photos posted and a couple more that were sent to me via email. I'm sure the rest of the linkage in teh back is for a knee lifter which I don't have so I won't mount or use under the table. The linkage will go back on the machine though. Next will be the needle rocker and connector link assembly. There was broken stud I'm waiting on in order to put it together. Once that is assembled, I"ll need to know how ot set the presser bar. All the collars that go on there I have in the right order but there are no markings as to the initial height for locking all that stuff down. I looked in the user manual and it mentions setting the needle bar but not the presser bar. Only distance between the two. The bottom end I have a very firm grasp of and can assemble and time with no effort. So I got myself in a bit of a jam. I picked up a singer 112W115 that needed rebuilt. It was free if I could fix it. Well, I got the bushing, hand wheel and stitch length adjuster back on... but the arm that houses the needle bar and presser foot bar and the parts on the back I'm having trouble with. There are no exploded views on the net for these machines. I know, I should have taken photos before I took stuff part. Here is the help I'm looking for: Does anyone have a singer 112w115 or 116 that they can take photos of the inside so I can see how it all fits? Also the back where the lift lever is? Everyone is certainly entitled to their opinion. Great company for you and probably a few others. Not for everyone. There seems to be this thing in our sport that if certain people endorse something then it should be good for every and the grey area gets skipped. Paragear sucks...pricey and they can't tell you what shipping is until you made the purchase. Last time I used them I got charged a big shipping bill for next to no product. No where on the net have I found a vendor that couldn't tell you up front what shipping was before you checked out. I found a great price for .241 luf nickel coated brass #0 at lord and hodge in CT. These days most anything civilian is nickel coated Brass and only looks like stainless steel. Last I saw anything stainless was on a military rig and they still use #2 grommets on the risers. #0 and long shank or as I found out a longer length under flange measurement (LUF). The ones found in paragear are all .175 LUF. For risers you need about a .2 and up. I have been looking but can't seem to find any suppliers for a "long shank" #0 grommet. Which is why you may see a #2 being used since they have the longer LUF measurement. Speaking of a source- anyone know where to find #0 grommets with a longer than .175 length? You are the second person I have talked to that said to use the short housing for the cutaway handle. Seem more expensive than the purpose made mental inserts. Appreciate the help everyone. I did manage to get to home depot and pick up some polyethylene. I'm sure it will do the trick after actually handling it. Yeah- I started jumping in the early 2000s. I know the part you are talking about with the strong free bags in the dual hawk system. but those are way to rigid. Or maybe just seems that way since it is littel chunks that won't bend. I'm pretty sure it is just High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) but in private message I'm having a discussion about it and it seems it could just be regular polyethylene. Yes, it is legal to jump. Our civilian contract MFF instructors at a civilian drop zone are required by contract to jump and be familiar with military free fall equipment. The ones that were never military free fall jump qualified have to jump the system. The could not do that unless it was legal. civilian plane, civilian DZ and air space, military rigs. I don't remember specifically speaking/ writing with skymama specifically, but yes all are welcome. Just remember that huntersville, nc is a small town and the funeral home where the services are may not accommodate hundreds. He was part if the balloon community and skydiving there are work friends and other. Might be really full just a warning that you may be waiting outside by still come if you want.
