  1. Nice one! Good ol' Pahokee, FL.....my old home DZ. I saw alot of old friends in the vid. Good times, back then!
  2. Sweeeeeet technique!! Check out Jessica Simpson's form on those rear risers...or is she on her toggles? Okay, does it REALLY matter?!?! Jason Jerusalem [email protected]

    The Women's VWR

As always...super cool photos, Brian! Congrats to all the girls who participated in the WVWR event in Chicago!! Jason Jerusalem [email protected]
  4. I agree with Ian when it comes to being consistent with all aspects of the landing, before moving to HP landings with rear risers. As far as preference on which way to pull on the rear risers, mine ends up being a combination of out and back. More like 45 degrees toward the back. I think that's what I'm doing. ...dammit, I really don't know what the hell I'm talking about! Jason Jerusalem [email protected]
  5. Are you going to do any jumping this coming weekend? Gold Coast Skydivers is pretty close if you're up for hitting a DZ. You should come check it out and have some beers with everybody!
  6. Here are a few photos from this past weekend. In red is Brian Buechler and myself in the blue. When you don't have a swoop pond at your local dz, you tend to take whatever you can get. We opt for the lovely Lake Igo (our landing area that gets flooded when it rains hard, consisting of lots of mud and a little water). Jason Jerusalem [email protected]
  7. Is anyone else organizing Freefly jumps during SkyFest? Anomaly?? Jason Jerusalem [email protected]
  8. Total Jumps = approx. 4000 2500+ PD Stilleto 700+ Precision Xaos-21 108 300+ PD Velocity 103 (current canopy) Wind Loading (PD Velo103): 2:1 Approaches: 270-360 degrees **Constantly educate yourself on the characteristics of your own canopy. I try to make it a point to learn as much as I can from others who are top flyers and observing as much video as possible (of others, as well as myself). Stay humble and don't mistake your own confidence for arrogance. We all want to continue to be healthy and stay in this sport for as long as possible. Jason Jerusalem [email protected]

    Redefining VRW

David's video is definitely sick! A very talented flyer who is light enough to pull his skills off with the RW crowd. I definitely know that my fat arse won't be doing that anytime soon, unless I start binging and purging or something. I remember he gave me a copy of it on DVD at this past Project Horizon. Wasn't sure what it was until they had it playing on the big screen in AZ. Thanks David for the vid! Mad props to big D...see ya at SummerFest!!!
  10. One more....of me tracking on a nice day! Jason Jerusalem [email protected]
  11. Here's a couple photos of my girlfriend, Mel....doin' it up freestyle!
  12. Sweet shot of our landing area at Gold Coast! I don't think I've seen it that flooded before, ever. I remember when Laurel told me about it when I was on the phone with her that day. Before I started swooping, I hated it when it got anywhere near that. Now, I wish it flooded like that all the time (wth no wind conditions, of course)!! Jason Jerusalem [email protected]
  13. Here's what happens to our landing area when it rains. Sure wish we had a swoop ditch or pond, but I guess it'll do. Jason Jerusalem [email protected]
  14. Definitely looking forward to doing more progressive flying this year. I'm looking to do more Tracking & Atmonauti flying (head, as well as feet first, on both disciplines)! Jason Jerusalem [email protected]
  15. Rockin' photos from Lodi! I'm definitely lovin' the fact that you guys have a group of flyers who are pushing to further progress vertical flying! Tell Robbie, Kirby, and MX, that I'm looking forward to flying with them again. Project Horizon IV was going off!! Keep the photos coming and keep up the kick-ass flyin'!! Jason Jerusalem [email protected]
  16. There's a full version of that video on skydivingmovies.com. Closely watch the guy's SHOE during the time of the collision. That's a funny one!

    Project Horizon

I'm totally amped about THIS ONE! Haven't been to a PH yet, but I'm definitely due. Will be arriving Friday to settle in and waiver up. Looking forward to seeing some old friends and meeting some new ones. See everybody there and safe travels to all who will be going. Jason Jerusalem [email protected]

  19. We'll take good care of your girl though! Uhhh, I sense a bit of sarcasm It's all good though....I'll catch up with you and J at the next party!! Jason Jerusalem [email protected]
  20. Just shopping around....I HAVE to get one before I hit Dublin, ya know?! Taking shots w/o a flash during parties is like trying to pull teeth. Come Dublin though, hopefully I'll have one in my arsenal. Thanks again for letting me use that sweet speedflash during the last boogie. Much appreciated!!!
  21. Nice photos Marshall! Maybe one day I'll be able to do that...maybe! Hope is all with ya!
  22. Man, I sure wish I could make the CSS Boogie this year! Sounds like it's another great excuse for everyone to GO OFF!! Too bad I can't be in two places at one time...wouldn't that be cool?
