You should try a pre-workout. Some of them put energy drinks to shame. Off the top of my head........White Flood, super pump250, n.o xplode, n.o shotgun, black powder are some of the many I have tried. A protein supplement doesnt hurt either. I try to stay away from them machines, but I still do use them some. If u ever want ideas for different excecises or how to do them, bodybuilding.com has a great video archive on a lot of different excercises. And they got great prices on supplements too.
