Gopher hole got me almost two years ago. I lived on Frosted Mini Wheats after my surgery for the duration I was on pain meds and crutches. Mainly because I lived alone and had a hard time getting around, let alone making a meal and then trying to carry it while using crutches. I remember after the movie Super Size Me was out that someone ate the same diet that Morgan Spurlock ate. Approximately 5000 calories per day or something like that. They were also able to lose weight. . Anyone can lose weight so long as they burn more calories than they consume. Spurlock didn't exercise. Big difference. Twinkies have a lot of sugar, but bugers and other fast food have a lot of unhealthy transfat. It's not an apples to apples comparison.
