  1. Seems to me that if Perry was acting appropriately, he would not have been indicted by a grand jury. He finally got caught. Sure, it seems a bit strange that elections aren't too far off and he wanted to run for president, again. Appears to me, his timing was off. Chuck
  2. Compared to what he got away with in his career, I'm sure he is. Chuck
  3. They eventually get caught-up with. http://home.myhughesnet.com/news/read/article/the_associated_press-texas_perry_indicted_for_coercion_for_veto_threat-ap Chuck

Facebook is probably much better than some of those for $$$ on-line sources for finding friends, relatives or classmates. Chuck

A cousin who I haven't seen in over forty years found me. A good surprise. I don't really do facebook or any other 'social media' and I'm sure not going to some foot fetish page!! Chuck
  9. I grew-up watching Maverick... before syndication. I enjoyed his 'tongue in cheek' style. 'The Skin Game' was another of his good films. Any role he took on, he did a good job with. He'll sure be missed. Chuck
  10. FYI..... The Urban dictionary defines shit load as "more than an assload but still less than a fuckton" http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=shitload In my search for a definition, I saw that. Struck me as funny as hell. Even a 'scientific' break-down! Bwa-hahahahahahahaha... Chuck
  11. Aw crap! That's what I get for showin' how the cow ate the cabbage. Chuck
  12. I certainly won't hold that against you. I was hoping you could explain it to me! Chuck
  13. I think, I found my answer! http://blog.andrewallingham.info/2011/06/the-difference-between-a-buttload-boatload-and-shitload/ Chuck
  14. I've heard of it in regards to a lot of things but how much is a crap-load? Maybe, it refers to an un-known amount. It's just a 'crap-load'! I'll keep searching... Chuck
  15. I was going to start a thread similar to this one and thought I'd ask my question here... 'How much is a shit-load? Chuck
  16. You may not be a strategist but you make a lot of sense. Takes courage to do that in this forum. Chuck
  17. Bears have four legs and no arms. Therefore, they have no right to bear arms. It's a matter of biology and an outrage! Someone should call God and the NRA. So much for trying to be funny. Chuck Don''t be so hard on yourself Chuck, you did a fine job, sir! FYI, I'm just being my regular 'Whatta Jerk' self as I wait on 4 trains to pass before I can sit on and test some rail here in Montana. Not a problem. Chuck

  19. That and fat bottom women, so the song says. Chuck
  20. Probably Sean Hannity and Mark Levin, all three are respected conservative commentators. Now who represents the liberal side on national radio? Oh that's right, no one. Because liberals have no radio audience. NPR? Chuck Yes, the government sponsored radio has liberal commentators. I thought of that after I made the post. Those other three are free market capitalists that have to earn their way. Let's not forget Glenn Beck the ultimate free market Libertarian news topic commentator and charity provider. He walked away from the networks and started his own. I am a charter subscriber. Personally, I don't watch or listen to any of them. They all have their own agendas and they spin everything to suit themselves and too narcissistic. Just my opinion. Chuck Everyone has an agenda. Some just get paid more for expressing and selling it. However, as I become more adjusted to mountain living I find less need to check the news. I like Glenn Beck because he prays during his news commentary. Everyone having an agenda, I guess is what makes the world go 'round. Chuck
