I have now talked with the norwegian skydiving federation (F/NLF), and they say that Vigil AAD is allowed if the Vigil is approved in the country the skydiver lives. So if it is approved by your own federation, then you are more than welcome to jump here

The skydiving federation here does not have power over BASE jumping. A ADD in base? hell, most people do not even have a reserve chute. About Vigils, I do not know at the moment.
