Part of the problem that brought this on is a serious budget deficit, and the inability of state congress to come up with tax increases that they all agree with, so they're shutting down several state parks in addition to these license satellite offices. I know for sure that is correct. I have cousins in the LEO community and they are not so different from those who they seek to control. Most were bullies when we were kids.... they got into trouble with some of the same kids who ended up getting caught and becoming part of the criminal element. I've often wondered about that; Is it actually the very same gasoline, or are different brands just hiring the same delivery trucks? I think there are physically separate compartments in those tankers, so one tanker could carry multiple deliveries at once. Yes.
