Hi! I was also quite badly affected with Winter depression, but not this winter, here is what helped me: 1. I got a pair of training shoes and started running twice a week, it was a real pain at first, but it helped me feel a lot better. Got my appetite back and slept better. It's really easy to start doing, and doesn't require a lot of time and money. And it also gets you out of the house. 2. Vitamin D supplement, I'm not really sure if it helped or if it was just placebo, but can't hurt to try. 3. Try to entertain yourself and have something to look forward to. See your friends and family (or keep contact via IM or similar) and make plans for fun stuff to do in the future. I'm just a skydiver and a non-pro, you know what to do if it is really bad.

Hahaha, funny, of course my old media whoring at my old job paid off, and I got the picture from the NICE newspaper article with me demonstrating new credit card payment machines. That's the picture attached. The boss got jalous, and INVITED a different newspaper to write about his shop, and the result was a much shorter article, and a picture of his back. Oh, and only one other person alive today shares my full name, and she's much older than I am, so any google search on me is usually pretty me-related.

I read my favourite polar exploration books, try to learn how to drive a car, eat, surf the web and work out. I also try to get some jumps every month, there's a small dz two hours from where I live where I can jump out of a c-182. It's good to keep current and meet some sane and normal people who like to hang on the outside of airplanes by their fingers and toes. For the skydivers, they have FS and FF load organizing (World Championship silver medalists Skywalkers are from this DZ, so they should have some FF competence), and there are also many inhopp. The norwegians are mostly fluent in english, but it is viewed as polite to know some norwegian. Hi! I don't think your skull would work very well on a rig even without the shades: Generally, if you want something big and complex, it should go on the sides, and then you want a long and narrow design and not a square one. I also think the skull would look cool even without the tribal designs, what about redrawing the skull alone in Illustrator, or look for a similar skull design that doesn't have the tribals? That would make a simpler design that probably would work. I designed some embroidery for my rig, and was very pleased with the seagull that went on the side, but there is another one on that rig that doesn't look that good because the design was too complex for the size. I pack it in a gear bag, so I avoid all those problems. And I don't carry a laptop with me on my skydiving trips.
