i love skydiving......i know there is goin to be much more to come, right?......so i asked for a mamba from my girlfriend for christmas.....i got it! my girlfriend wants a $440.00 COACH purse! i just don't see that!...she's prolly gonna get the damn thing, but still! $440.00 for a purse.....is that really worth it....she trumps me..."you'll spend that much on skydiving in one month, all i want is the purse!" so what am i to do??......don't bitch and suck it up?? or...bitch and try and get my point across! not sure.....just not sure! it is christmas.... .

i'd go beat the dude up! fighting dosent resolve anything, i know that, but it opens eyes! and just remember....it takes about a second to react to what your eyes see....if you get a good shot in, lights out! and it's over! lol if your not a fighter... time is the only thing that heals. .

i found out the hard way about buying a used jumpsuit of the "classifieds". it was made for some one my size but not my body measurements... so....i'm gonna buy new!! anyone point me in the right directon.... how much am i goin to be spending on one! where should i get it from?? .

you've heard this one.....HOLD OFF! i'm new too. if you do a search you'll see i asked the same very question after my first Tandam!! but now that im into the training...Lots To Learn Before Buying.... about finding a complete rig for $1,900-$2,000.... anything is possible, but good luck! if your gonna still look.....make sure the AAD is going to be good for awhile. and your gonna want a "ZP" main. .

Yeah.....Z1's are real pimp shit! Flat Black or Silver! also thinking a BoneHead Boomerang...it's cheaper and looks nice! but the Z1 or mamba is what i want! .

Okay.....i would like to start off by saying that I DID do a search, i looked and read the fisrt 10, and now im lazy!! two questions..... Q1. whats the better full face, as for function and design?? Q2. who has the best deal?? .

i gonna have to agree with some people... i also say, DLP is the way to go... it's only about $250 for a bulb, that needs relpaced every7-10 years unless sooner! plasma, need recharged about evey 2-5 years! and the burn the screen! so if you watch the same channel all the time, you goona see some effects of that over time! sony makes the best Plasma. and you get what you pay for! don't buy a show model.....ever! samsung make the best DLP.....depends on what you want! if hes persistant on gettin a plasma, try and talk him into a LCD! plasma is over rated and also.... try and find one "intergrated" intergrated means that.....to watch "HIGH DEF" you need nothing extra. if you bought one NON INTERGRATED, your goin to have to a cable box to watch the high def channels. i have a 50" samsung DLP intergrated i get 5 free high def! for $8 more i could get 5 more channels DLP is the Best Bet!! .

i was told skydiving was safer than the car ride to the DZ..........yeah, this trcuk, with the 4ways on and on the side of the road turned right in front of me. i was passing in the left lane. i dont know how we diddent hit or how nobody was hurt. i told the lady that told me that skydiving was safer, that she was prolly right! being that im new in the sport. i dont think about the risks after the first jump of the day. after i get that first one in.....it dosent even cross my mind! but the first one always gets me! i love this sport! and if this is how im gonna go, then so be it! i think when it your time to go, it dosent matter if your sleeping or skydiving! be safe everyone............... .

thanks people that was one of the questions i have (where to skydive) i also need some other info going to be attending AIM (aviation institute of maintenance) so i need to know where to start looking for a place to live. that pretty much the biggest issue....place to live! where you at now? .

Gettin throuh AFF and loving it but i have a few questions about landing!! Im too the point where i flare on my own!! Sometimes it dosent happen as i plan on it, and some right out have hurt!! i'll be gettin close and just when im scared i pull to 3!! have had some luck with that..... feels good to stand it up. what happen on the last one....... was about 10-15ft off the ground......and flared.......felt like i came to a complete stop for about 2secs or so....let out to about my sholders or so.....pulled to 3 almost 3ft off the ground, planted and was pulled into head dive for about 6-10ft.... can i hold it out and land it or what?? can i stay the brakes and land it?? how long can you hold it in a three position?? So say same as last jump.....hold it instead of letting out....or just keep adjusting every sec until i'm down ........................................................................... when do you flare?? .

what the hell is gonna happen over the winter months?? i live in ohio......it snowed yesterday, and froze my nuts off just walking in the house.....i get the blues already......this is my first year in the sport...new to the skydiver blues........FUCK! i snowboard too........but not even worth it, its ice in two days! shitty deal for me.........i gots ta move! .
