  1. You can't video birthings any longer... if doc fucks up, you have it on tape to sue him. I imagine it's the same as w/ this. You don't have to worry about anyone else watching, they let another nurse in three diifferent times to use some kind of machine nest to me. They let everyone see you. I saw her afterwards in the hallway and she smiled. I told her I didn't think I had anything so great that she had to come back three times to see. She apologized and turned a little red. Oh Yeh, it takes a big chunk of humble pie to just lay there um, exposed. One day later and everything is feeling pretty good. No swelling, but still trying to milk this thing out. (bad choice of words)
  2. Thanks alot Andy. You had to make me laugh while I am sitting on a bag of corn (I put the peas back in to refreeze). I am only 5.5 hours out from being cut and the numbing stuff is wearing off. I am not sure which is worse though the cut or the fact my sack is sooo freakin cold. BRRRR!!! I never smelled the burning vas so didn't mind that. The bee sting while numbing was the worse. Afterwards the nurse asked if I wanted to see the piece of vas he took out so of course I did. I asked her if I put it under my pillow if the scrotum fairy would leave me anything.
  3. That is very good. I thought it was neat that my 9 year old could play piano. As I am watching it my mind kept racing back to the days of the Gong Show. Hit the gong, hit the gong. Scott
  4. On the "WaitingourTurn" photo, did you wake Bill and Sam up when it was time or let them ride the plane down? Nice photos. Wish I could have seen you guys jump. Scott
  5. Ok, I have maybe a clue ot what happened here. I was talking to my dad about our little cat problem and he said a mama cat had babies up in there garage that he didn't know about. Well, he must have backed over one the other day on his way to town and when he got back the mama had eaten most of the dead ones head off. That got me thinking that maybe the culprit isn't the tomcats but the darn things own mom. Not that getting rid of the mean tom's is a bad thing. Could this be a possibility? Scott
  6. Are you going to keep us guessing or what? We need to know if you are protecting those cute little (pets)? Let us know how its going. Scott
  7. To all of you that want him to call Animal Control, I am animal control for our town and it is a lot cheaper to just do it yourself. When anyone calls and wants me to take care of a cat I usually tell them I DON'T DO CATS. Most of them know what they need to do. Hey, if doesn't have a collar, it is a ferral cat. Scott
  8. No, don't feel bad about hunting that stupid thing. They come in an area and chase (or kill) all the other cats away. I had to eliminate a tom the other night for the first time and it was a weird thing to do for sure. Felt better after it was done. Yes, I did tell my 9 year old but not her younger sisters, yet. Our problem cat came on the scene about a month ago and lately I had noticed all the other cats weren't around anymore except for this one. The other night I saw him chase away a smaller cat after I had put food in the dish. Later as it was turning dark, I saw him chase the small cat across the lawn and down the road. My wife held the light so I could get the darn thing in the scope and bingo. Cause of death was lead poisoning from a 100 grain 243 bullet. Don't feel bad about getting rid of it if you want to save the little kittens. Remember, some cats are very possesive. Make sure you use the proper tool to get rid of it though. You don't need your kids to see wounded cats running around. Good luck. Scott
  9. And a great time had by all. You guys ROCK! Wish you were 2150 miles closer. Hope you enjoy your new, quick ride. Scott
  10. Destin seems far enough from Panama City but we'll see when we get down there. Thanks for the help. We leave tommorow at noon and will enjoy the beach on Friday. Scott
  11. Staying between Marianna and Chattahoochee and need to bring the kids to the beach for part of the day. I am looking for something clean and family friendly. Kids are all under 10 yrs. old. Going on this Friday afternoon. wait, no, just getting there after 19 hours on the road. I guess it should be Thanks for any help. Scott
  12. fun jump,do a tandem and meet some really great people. We were there a few weeks ago and had such a fun time jumping with Ed and Kris. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Bill runs a great dz. Ed, tried to post some pics of Stacy's tandem. Hope it worked. Even got Kris in a couple of them. Now, as for the beer thing. Scott ps. Thanks again, we had a blast.
  13. Yep, same thing I had a week ago."We don't do waivers, we skydive here. Now do you want to be on the next load or not?" And I had only been there 5 minutes. Nice.
  14. I meant 3/20 and 3/21, sorry, it was late.
  15. If you go up into Sequoia I hope you like snow because they have been getting lots of it lately. We were just there on 3/26 and 3/27 and they got a foot of it that night. Yes, we had to rent the stupid chains and everything to go up in the park. Not trying to discourage you because they are beautiful and BIG but, with all the snow you might not do much hiking unless you have snowshoes. Hope you have a great trip. Scott
  16. Sounds to me like it has a severe lead deficiancy. Only one way to cure that.

    Pier 39?

Up in Seattle we took a car ferry from Bremerton to Seattle and it was very cool. I wondered if SF had a ferry that would carry vehicles also. Our plane is suppose to come into Oakland about 2 pm. and then we'll probably do the GG bridge thing and then the pier. Scott we don't know where we are staying yet

    Pier 39?

WIfe and I will be in SF bay area next Friday and are heading to Piet 39 for the afternoon. Is it worth going to? We were going to see Alcatraz until I called a found out they were sold out of the night tour until Sunday. So, we thought we'd just hang out there until evening and find a place to stay. We are going to Six Flags on Saturday and Lodi on Sunday(weather permitting). Oh, another quick question. Are thre ferries all people only or does the bay run some car ferries also? Thanks. Scott
  19. Yes, grew up milking cows until about 1997 and sold them and started raising dairy replacements. ( those are young bovines, future milk cows ) Don't miss getting up early everyday 365 days a year to milk and then doing it again every night again. I can however understand why you would want to do it just to say that you have. Your not in a real good area to find a dairy farm. The dairy epicenter is not exactly next to Washington DC. Good luck in your quest to find a cow to milk. Scott
  20. Yeh, it was Gene. Introduced as "Gene", Bill's brother. And yes, Bill the DZO from Omro, that's where I jump. Unfortunately, their little sister just passed away from cancer or something like that. This was the first weekend open in like a month and a half while they took care of business. It was the first time I had ever met him and I've been there for a year and a half. I've never mentioned the subject of family too much. They've had a bad year and a half with other family members passing away. Scott
  21. Actually got to meet Gene for the first time this past weekend at Omro. Looks like he is doing well. Didn't realize there was so much history to go with the person.
  22. Got nice pub where you can pick up your cousins for hot nights of romance. Um........, Is that something that is done frequently over there? Are you Amish or what?
  23. That is a very cool idea. Makes me sooooo happy that I'm married and don't have to go through all that work anymore. I bought a card from Walmart
  24. Thanks for asking. Not interested in football and am on the way back from the dz and my first reserve ride.
  25. Thanks Lisa. Are there other dz's in CA that are that way or is it just a grumpy airport manager thing? ( I know, all these stupid newbie questions)
