I am in the AF and I had to have my chain of command endorse my application to work as a personal trainer. Basically there can be zero confliction between the two. I also had to sign a no competition clause at the gym I currently work at. Basically, I can't be employed by another gym while working at my current gym. Not sure about your situation, I guess it depends on the conditions of your employment. Do you have a clause in your contract or position description that prevents you from seeking PT employment? My mortage finally made it through underwriting and I settle on my new Condo this week. Man, my security clearance reviews weren't that demanding. I have a credit score of 720 so I assumed this would be a fairly simple process. To quote the loan officer, "Paying your bills on time isn't enough anymore." I have a lot of literature you can read, nutrional calculators that break down the percentage of fat, protein, and carbs you should ingest daily (based off weight/body fat) etc etc. The Original Cabana Boy!

......I thought I would offer some assistance to any of you who may need it. I'm a nationally certified personal fitness specialist so I know a couple of things about the gym. I attached a three day on, one day off routine that I developed for a fellow dz.commer. It's kind of aggressive but you can pick and choose from any of the exercises if you like. You can also use the logs to track your progress. The only thing I didn't list was a specific ab routine. There are tons of abdominal exercises to choose from. No need to be specific with those. If any of you have questions about nutrition (which is the most important part) or anything else, feel free to PM me. Of course free of charge for all skydivers.
