Is there any word on how Spaceland fared after the hurricane? I haven't heard anything and I'm out of town. Any word would be great!

Got a really nasty stomach bug or food poisoning in July. Some really nasty stuff happened with that particular case. One of the worst parts was yakking so violently into the toilet as to shit myself. When I stopped yakking long enough, I got up, sat on the pot sideways so I could puke into the tub as necessary. The one thing about stomach flu - It's a great Ab workout!!!

Dress for success. I have worn camera wings on an AFF jump (without using the thumb loops). You have to be able to match the students fall rate. I bought a firefly wing jacket for just that purpose so I can work with 120lb students (Me @ 215 exit weight) with great success. I don't recommend it unless you work out flying the wings first or with every Category A or every "problem child" Category D. Having the wing jacket has doubled my capability to stay with smaller students. But also correctly assessing my capabilities as an instructor to safely stay with a smaller student is just as important a skill.

I use that one a lot. I especially like Bob Halecks over the top speech about line twists or something Lots of great info! Students who haven't jumped in more than 2-3 weeks at our DZ sit down and watch it as part of their safety review.

This guy is 5 years younger and only wants to raise $2500 for a local hospice. (I would have put that in British money but I don't have that character handy).
