Thanks for the reply but if I go there I would go by myself and I am not a party animal anyways. Since I can't jump there, my interest would be the gear vendors. Yes I bet it is also interesting to see a large boogie but the gear is my primary interest. Their website lists names of vendors but I would like to know whether the offer justifies the trip and the entry fee.

I have only 38 jumps so I can not register for WFFC. I am also not too interested in registering as a novice. However, since I don't have any gear yet (other than goggles), I would be interested in seeing what is offered there. My question: does it make sense going there and paying the entry fee just to see/buy some gear. Can someone comment on choice and prices. I live 3 hours from Rantoul so it is not too far to travel. I was so good at the beginning that I passed 5 levels in 4 jumps However, after that I failed level 6 once and level 7 twice. The final result i.e. completing the AFF course in 9 jumps wasn't too bad, at least that is what I like to think

I am extremely suspicious about getting something (especially something worth few hundred $) for nothing.

I was so good that I completed first 5 levels in 4 jumps. However, I messed up later so it took me 9 jumps to complete the 7-jump AFF.

30 Started AFF in May and jumping happily since.

I agree with this. Some people believe that legalization of gay marriages will mean the end of the civilization as we know it, and some people (probably many of them) believed the same thing for desegregation.
