This always struck me as a desperate tactic that seems to be typically invoked by someone who fears that they are about to get their ass handed to them by logic. You totally missed my point. I wager that the parent of a kid killed by US troops (intentionally or not) hates US troops more than AQ. The "morals" of each side are irrelevant to that parent.
