I agree with Ian, on various different canopies I've had to lengthen my lines anywhere from 2 to 5 inches after as little as 100 jumps. If you have 200 consider having your rigger measure your lines (actually have him/her show you the proper way to do this) you will probably find the lines have shrunk 2 or 3 inches from factory trim (just my experience with the Sabre 2) Coming soon to a bowl of Wheaties near you!!

Actually I'm not all that clear on why a certain DZ was not considered for a swoop comp or why one that had it lost it (I could really care less). I try not to get too involved with all of that bullshit, no time for it. Coming soon to a bowl of Wheaties near you!!

This year I chose to support my local region. The fact that 3 meets were scheduled at the same dz didn't make my decision any harder though, that's for sure. AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH Phooooey!! I won't make this weekend in DeLand so it's only two at the same DZ for me, same as the local region. The local region schedule just doesn't work for me. I may make one or two though. Well, the Boogie was a smashing sucess, the swoop comp went of at 8 am sharp Saturday morning with 12 competitors (after Friday nights party, I'm not sure how). After two distance rounds and two accuracy rounds Sunman of Team One took first, Yours truly Loud Dan took second, and Michael Blankenship also of Team One took third. The Georgia Tech Team kept the vibe groovin with belly coaching and organizing, while Team One tried to not only be on every load, but every skydive, I swear, those guys were everywhere. I was treated to a sneak preview from the video editor, and the Boogie Video is going to be awesome. Between the Otter and the King Air I believe we put up 36 or 38 loads, of course that could also be 26 or 28, I have really bad hearing when I 'm drunk. But I know at 12.50 per I got on as many as I could. The pond swooping at the end of the day was fantastic, and thanks to all you supporters with the score cards. We wrapped up the day with dinner catered by El Nopal (the mexan restaurant) and watching the days videos on the big screen. And then the DJ started....................and there was sumo suit wrestling,...................and the list goes on WHAT A BOOGIE!!!!!!!!!! Special thanks to the manifest girls, Team One, Tyler Lawson for putting on the swoop comp, the comp judges, and big ups to Jello Shot Jay and company for stopping in and hanging out, that was very cool, it was great to have you guys out.
