who are you with? this is all new to me... i've never had to even think about this stuff before. i guess i should started sooner than a week before mine ends!

so i've had a job with benefits for the past year and pay about $84 a month for my health insurance. well... i quit my job and my last day is the 23rd. i am moving from ohio to cali starting in july! i can get cobra from my work for the low price of $400 a month. OR i can get some kind of individual plan somehow. i only need pharmacy and hospital coverage for the summer (i think), or until i get a new job with benefits out in california in august/sept. i will be traveling all sumer long and will just need some kind of individual short term plan that covers injuries and pharmacy (because of birth control). my questions are: who do i go with? how do i go about it? what are the costs involved? pros? cons? any info you guys have would be helpful! THANKS!

my vote is for "wild child" one one side and "shannon with her dob-5/29/06" on the other side

i have taken about a dozen spinning classes... they are a kick ass workout! i love them, especially if you have a fun instructor AND more importantly, they play good music. i usually sweat so much that it looks like i went swimming after the class is done. my gym changed their class schedule and i cant make them anymore though.

is there a way to prevent this from happening? like maybe a clear coating of some kind to keep the writing from fading?

I am still in total shock and at a loss for words. I can't believe it happened to our very own Shannon I have only known her for a few years, but she has touched my life in many ways. She was always there for me when I was down or needed advise. Always willing to lend a smile. I feel VERY fortunate to have met, jumped and partied with Shannon. She was at almost every single boogie I was at since I started jumping. We shared a passion for traveling and meeting new friends. I'll never forget at the Dublin Boogie 2005, we spotted a dollar lying on the ground at the same time. We decided to rip it in half to be fair. We said that we would each keep our halves forever. I kept mine in a special pocket in my wallet and she kept hers in her jumpsuit pocket. I will forever keep mine and be glad to have that piece of her with me at all times. I find comfort in knowing that she still has her half too. I'm trying to smile through the tears and remember the MANY good times we had together. She will not be forgotten. My most sincere thoughts and prayers go out to Shannon's family, friends and fiance. rest in peace and fly free with the angels sweetie... i'll see you when i get there. tell egon i said hi. i love you shannon.
