Belly button rings are WAAAY sexy..... but like Pam said, they take a really long time to heal, and if they don't heal right they can leave a pretty nasty scar. Tattoos are very sexy too, as long as they're tastefully done. My best advice there is to think of an idea & get some custom work done.... something that will actually mean something to you rather than just picking something off a wall (which is OK - hell, that's what I did.... 4 times). Pam has a beautiful tat on her shoulder blade, & a few others that I really like too. Just make sure you go to a professional & get whatever suits you..... but be careful.... they are very addictive, I originally just wanted one, now I have 4 & I want to get a scene on about half my back! Most importantly, have fun with it!

Can you blame her, the way fff whined & cried about not having his name (which personally I think there's more personality in the name TripleF), and how everyone gave her shit by making it a point to say "the original.." or "the one and only.." or whatever else about Jim, I can't imagine she felt too welcome. I've been hanging around these forums for a long time now, & that was probably the worst I've ever seen someone treated on here (that didn't deserve it that is). The point is, she was new the these forums, she had no idea there was a previous FFF, she chose the name & what-da-ya-know.... it was accepted, then she proceeded to get bashed by damn near everyone that responded to her... Would you have stuck around. She had every right to that name. Then again, since it was so important to you I'm sure you had it copyrighted or something, so maybe she didn't have any rights. Congratulations, you got your name back. Now, to step off my soapbox for a moment..... While this entire conversation just pissed me off more & more as I read it, I did take a second to think how I would feel if someone had taken my identity before I got a chance to. On these forums, that name is how I'm known, it has developed a personality that everyone is familiar with, and yes it would have sucked to have someone get it before I did.... so I did sympathize (a little). However, the situation could've been handled with a lot more tact. I hope I haven't offended anyone (FFF), but the fact that someone's out there telling all their friends, "Man, those people on dz.com are a bunch of assholes," just doesn't seem right.... cuz I'd like to think that we're a little more inviting than that. Ahhh yes, the cursed' beer rule.... aside from owing for all our "firsts" at our DZ we also have a 'beer line.' For Safety reasons our DZO doesn't want anyone landing any closer to the hangers than where the static sales are.... if you do - BEER (I haven't really had to worry about this one yet lol). For someone that doesn't drink alcohol this rule really blows.... but I suck it up & pay my dues just like everyone else. Hell, I racked up something like 3 cases (oh, and at our DZ it has to be Corona) in one jump. "First jump on your own gear??" ...."uhh.. yeah!".... "BEER!" "First jump on a ZP canopy??".... Yeah, it's freakin' precious, leme' tell ya! J/K baby! Seriously tho, she was extremely lucky not to have a dual deployment. the student cypres' are set at 1200 I think & she was probably settling in at about 1100. Imagine watching the one person you care about more than anything in the world doing a 30 sec delay from about 6000 ft. I dang near wet myself, that is until I saw her canopy snivel open just above the tree-line, it literally looked like her canopy wasn't going to be open before she went into the trees! Of course I was about 400 yards away on the ground, but it scared me..... so I know it terrified her. a very very valuable lesson learned, and never repeated... right Pam?!? "Peace & Blue Skies!"
