'cuse me for interjecting into this thread.....Just had to reply to the .jpg in your post.

I was privileged to visit Lahti in the summer of 1998 for the World Games. Beautiful country! Wonderful people. Very fond memories. Even climbed to the top of those ski ramps and had a look around the country from up there.

Man, I wish I was back there again. :)

You're right Itdiver, Finland is a definitely nice place.
Lahti is a wonderfull playground as well :)
Just wish that spring would come and temperature rise above 0...

I am speaking to a guy who intends to land a wingsuit on a snow slope in Alaska. His name is Rod Driver and he seems serious and well thought out. Has anyone heard of this guy? I am not a skydiver, what are the regulations regarding this? He intends to wear a regulation chute, but not to deploy it. I would love to hear any thoughts.
