I am speaking to a guy who intends to land a wingsuit on a snow slope in Alaska. His name is Rod Driver and he seems serious and well thought out. Has anyone heard of this guy? I am not a skydiver, what are the regulations regarding this? He intends to wear a regulation chute, but not to deploy it. I would love to hear any thoughts. Thanks and happy landings to all.
