Nothing. I try and do a good whole body stretch that includes my neck when i arrive at the DZ in the am but no specific exercises. I find my 350D and PC109 on my Optik weigh almost nothing anyway. Would be interested to see what the other guys say.

After having experienced over 500 CRW exits and openings of lightnings with camera(s) on my head, I was diagnosed with a neck hernia in 2004. I was send to a therapist and he learned me a very useful and simple neck-muscle excercise, that you can do anywhere anytime. It's called an Isometric Neck Exercise

sit or stand up straight with you head facing forward, mouth closed, chin pushed somewhat inward, to make the spline as straight as possible
Now push with your hand on your forehead, and at the same time using your neck muscles to prevent movement. Keep this for 10 second. Do the same thing on the sides and on the back of your head. Repeat the whole sequence at least once.

I do this regularly, and it really helps (by the way, I am still jumping CRW, sometimes with (bullet) cam)

You can find a similar excercise explained at:

Quetion, that hernia was caused for the camera CREW jumps?

well, yes, the neurologists thought so. I also have arthritis in my neck `(other discs though) but the pain in my neck and back, and the numbness in my lefthand was the worst after jumping, and increased with each jump in that year. the specialist said that I better should not jump again.... but after a healing period of some month, and neck muscle training, and another camera setting (using a bullet cam bow, see website-about section) i can now jump again.

by the way, the same neurologists (and the fysio) refused to put on a neckbrace when I was hurt: he did not approve of it, said it would only decrease the strenght in the muscles. Rest and muscle training should make the difference.

Wow, I never imagined that CRW jumps could cause an hernia, I mean, I would expect it of camera jobs on terminal velocity.

Huh guess you never jumped a Lightning? Never had to wait a few secs before pulling? My shoulder still hurts frequently due to a few of those openings a few years ago... Very glad those were without camera... You also have to bear the weight of the camera helmet much longer than during a freefall jump, although I like the openings better in general due to the head-up orientation I guess.
