ltdiver 3 #1 February 13, 2005 Anyone got news of how the Valentine's Meet is going in AZ this weekend? I haven't seen a thread about it yet and had heard through the grapevine that it was rained out today. True? Are they using their 'weather day' tomorrow? Or is SSL #1 a wash? ltdiver Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon

skykittykat 0 #8 February 14, 2005 The 21 score round by Airspeed rocked!!!! The Seals were the medal stealers! We asked them to go Intermediate..... Our team - Simply Smokin' - sucked, but hey it was made up of 2 local teams from the A class 4-way - Norfolk 'n' Chance and No Uspa. You know what, it was great fun!!!! After posting a 1.2 average in Open, we got a special mention for the Sympathy Vote. We had a blast.

dgskydive 0 #25 February 16, 2005 QuoteI wonder if Perris Storm has any connections to Elsinore Storm? We were sitting around trying to come up with a fancy name for a storm....... Hurricane, Typhoon...... We decided to go simple and just say Storm. Well about 10 minutes after the team numbers are drawn. Andy Delk comes up and tell us about Elsinore Storm. We offered to change it right away. After the 1st few rounds we had his blessing. Then after round 4 I think they wanted it back. Talk about putting it out there. Todd Hawkins was also on that team. He and Andy had a bit of fun with us. It's al good.Dom
