***I have a proposal on parachute lexicography.

I say that "squibbing" is the dynamic that a parachute displays when it deploys, such as "squidding" like a squid or snapping open in a more muscular, explosive fashion.

Hence, old canopies can squib like stained-glass church windows - squidding like they are made of ethereal rip-stop squid fins, but rectangular speed jobs squib like bricks until landing, when they are as gentle as a mother's kiss.

Can I get an "AMEN" from all you jumpers out there?

No AMEN because it violates a basic rule of aviation safety to have two words meaning different things that sound nearly the same.

SAT's and AA's affiliation with Langley was amply discussed here long ago when we used to be focused on a possible SE Asia connection.

I STILL think Cooper knew for sure that he could exit a 727. Otherwise he was entering an airborne aluminum jail cell that would transport him to a fixed base one. His very specific and wise configuration commands regarding flaps, altitude and landing gear show that he was no aviation novice who might have just assumed any plane was jumpable. He had done his homework.

Who knew in 1971 that a 727 was jumpable? Nobody at NWA seemed to know. The Norjack crew called NWA ops. The didn't know so they called Boeing. Boeing of course knew. They had performed flight tests with the door open and stairs deployed.

Somewhere those flight tests were described in Boeing technical documentation. Don Kirlin got access to those documents in the 1990s when he sought to use a Boeing 727 for skydives at his World Free fall Convention. He needed them for an STC to allow jumping from a 727.

Also an SAT 727 had done successful drop tests in Thailand. Smoke jumpers were recruited by the CIA to work as kickers and other airdrop specialists.

I'll bet Sheridan Peterson, a former USFS smoke jumper knew, in 1971, that a 727 could be flown with the door open and stairs deployed. He had worked in technical documentation at Boeing, a job he sought after being unable to get 727 airstair info from Sailshaw who worked for Boeing.

Skipp Porteous ran both AA and SAT, under deep cover as 'Spy Boy Da Magic Fly Boy'. (Don't believe that CIA-front stuff you hear everywhere else. That was just a ruse.)

In reality, some sources say AA had 727's, but their official website says no. SAT apparently had 727's in service. That was actually my point back there. Whether the military obtained some, painted them OD green and used them in Vietnam I haven't a clue.

You ARE damn right he did his homework....a call was placed to a man with Boeing who was a friend of Duane's brother - none other than Stanley McGuilliam. Stanley Gilliams wife was the daugter of Duane' mothers' best friend and the 2 children were born a month apart.

Mrs Weber - Duane's mother was Best friends with the mother of Stanley Gilliams wife.

Stanley Gilliams wife was born Eunice Barth. --- THINK about this for a while before you jump the gun.

The Barth brothers where instrumental in the Weber's moving to CA. One of the Barth brothers live in WA.

A man by the name of Barth was also instrumental in Duane NOT being encarcerate on site at McNeil.

That was the friends of the family who intervened to keep Duane out of McNeil - There were other family connections in WA.

Duane's mother used to go to see them in WA when Duane was a young boy - and she took Duane on those trips.

Duane & the woman who became Stanley Gillaim's wife were born ONE month apart - their mother's were best friends.

Stanley met his bride thru these family connections..

Louise Barth (Eunice Barth's mother) and Lorraine Wenz Beechler (Duane Weber's mother) were BEST friends and often traveled between Ohio, Wa and Ca to see each other. The Wuestney was the connection.

I finally found what Duane's sister so desperately tried to tell me in my last phone call with her...She told me to write it down - but the storm just hit and I do NOT mean the Great Tornado Lorraine in Ohio.

NO one has ever checked to find the roots of these two jumpers! I did!

NOW you guys do your research, but you might need a few clues - I won't provide them to the like of Bruce.

As for Georger's involvement in all of this - I have yet to solve that old geezers secrets, but I will if God gives me enough time.

Vickie kick that guy out of the bed and contact me! Your Dad was not Cooper, but Duane and your father crossed paths. Check your father's encarceration or holding areas and an activity he used to participate in and you will find the connection...

Why Duane told me he knew that guy!

BUT, of course he could not tell me because I did not know at that time he was a criminal - much less have spent time jail or in prisons.

He is buried in Florida and he was not alone...he had a good friend and he did lead a decent life. He never remarried but, he shared part of his secret with the man who provided for him while he was ill.

Your father could not apply for assistance and told the man about the 20 dollar counterfeits....this man surmised he was Cooper after the fact, but of course he was not. He did tell this man he left behind children and if he went back he would die in prison. HE never forgot his family.

This man made sure your father had food and shelter during his last days and provided a marker of some sort for his paupers grave.

I have spent the last 3 days trying to locate the old article. Since the name was not given in the article - you will have to find the old death certificates and the name used by going to that place....it is not large so it should be in the county records. The name is not the same - but it was a small town and someone there will remember the story.

I found the man thru the article many yrs ago - and the newspaper - it was a small news paper and I found a contact number, but I can't find it now.
Since it was not significant to my purpose I expect I ditched it. The newspaper had closed but the owner still had the number as it had only been a few week closed when I made the contact. I wanted to know the name of the man who told the story, but he told me he would check with him. He did and then I called back and he provided me with the number.

I called several times and the wife or roommate answered, but I did finally reach him. He told me the story above and why he connected it to Cooper. I finally put a call into one of the larger papers who I believe carried the story on a back page.

That was how I contacted him and
I do not remember who told me about the article, but it was the wk it came out.... The Orlando Sentinental is trying to find out if they kept it archived in their files...NO names were given - it was a small town paper. I contacted the newpaper owner...ONE wk later and there would have been no phone number available. He had close the business, but kept the number to finalize the closing of accts.

The counterfeit 20's is what got my attention as Duane had told me in the early 1980's when a picture of your father appeared in a Ga newspaper that he knew that man.

At that time I knew zero about Duane's criminal activities or imprisonments. I asked how he knew the man - he just mention he used to go to a bar he went to....

Track your fathers stays in jails and see if Duane was also in the same Jail. Bet that is the connection. It may only have been a holding area or a county jail - but these 2 guys really did know each other. I probably will not get a call from the Orlando paper until next wk...but I told the girl there was a family wanting to find out what happened to their father - I played on compassion...Hope that is OK.

They may not have anything - hopefully they still have a record of where the story came from...it was a small town in South FL.

I may have said something about his in 101, or Unsolved Mysteries or here.

I never revealed the man's name or the area...but maybe some verbage from the article is in one of those sites. It was I believe BEFORE 2000 so I would not have had a computer nor access to one.

Duh! No, you see JO does get around even if it is on a phone and thru emails. Are not you the individual who removed the records - supposedly to archive them & make available for research.

More likely the records were destroyed and will never be made public. IT was all there - things he was not supposed to have and should not have had in his home. Outside of a cover-up who other than Boeing or the military would have been interested.

Mr. & Mrs. xxxxx were both deceased, but no one ever told the family to KEEP those records or the importance of them....like the records I have - do you think my children or grand children will keep them much less have the time to understand some of it is history. Families and genreations are even more distant now than in the 50's and 60's. Grandparents and great grandparent no long share the stories of their lives and the ancestors - most child today do not know their Great Grandparents names or where they were born.

The heritage of the past is being lost forever.

As a young boy I was easily amused. I once rode a roller coaster 12 times in immediate succession. The last ride was as good as the first. Skydiving is like that for me. I don't get jaded or acclimated the way others apparently do. That serves me well as far as skydive safety goes. I don't have to increase the risk to compensate for declining thrill.

The FBI never checked out his history in WA...they even claimed he was never in McNeil - yet how did they know that unless they KNEW where he was and who he was with? Answer that question and you might solve the case if you can fight the government secrets.

What NOW? Have to have the ticket or a twenty - have to put him on the Damn plane. Himmelsbach has clearly stated over the past yrs as others have stated....there are detail never told that will identify Cooper.

It is about time they RELEASED those
"detail". AFTER 43 yrs - it is about time! Is it just something anyone could claim? Something Cooper said or did? Himmelsbach and the FBI have always been mute on this - just makes one think they are playing a game -----I think they KNOW who Cooper was and they have KNOWN for yrs now - but, perhaps it was something that only COOPER would know...he is deceased.

I have talked about the books in my possession and the picture of the little girl who could pass for Tina's twin.
If that is what they are looking for why have they not acknowledge the pictures I sent - Maybe the new agents are not privey to that information if it actually exists.

I have taken my pill so I hope can say enought and not too much.
I is 2:30 Central time on Saturday morning.

I was putting away some old files and I found something and it made me pull the old cook books Duane was so protective of.

A man by the name of Bob Ford was investigated regarding the SKYJACKING OF 1971.....

Damn I don't know who to tells this.

In the last few months I had email Homid....he was very knowledgeable of things and I asked him about the AIR PARK that is right is East and South that was owned by Bob Ford and there was the hill Duane claimed to put something on it...His wifes name was Mildred Ford.

To the North and West of that park was a drop zone owned by Hattaway.

The area Duane told me Cooper hit the ground was East of the AirparK.

Homid I need your help on this. I can ardly type but I have to say what needs to be said.

When Duane and I moved to Florida he meets a neigbor on the corner about a wk early. The woman waved us down to introduct her self - her name was Mildred Taylor.

The old books I found had as a contributing writer a Millderd Ford.

Duane told me he knew her for WA and went to talk to her alone.

She and her husband were part of AWARE. It has taken me 18 yrs to figure this out and it come after yrs of throwing my whole life in to this.

I am not sure what this means but I know were the triangle was and the signals now. Perhaps so of you think I am crazy and that I have lying when I had not been.., but this is a true story and Just can't grasp it right now .
I guess I am too scard or just completely DisCOMBOTTLED!

The Woman I knew as Mildered Taylor was Mildered Ford. Duane went to see her with out me.

HOW or why this HIT so Hard tonight was by happen chance. Mr. Ford had been investigated as a Cooper supspect. But Duane was the jumper.

WHEN we went to WA he went to see Mildred as Mr Taylor had died in a plan crash. Taylor was alive in 1971.

We did not go to the park and I do not know if it was Mildred Duane went to visit..... but the 2 books I have her name is in those books as Milderd Ford. Duane had ate many of the recipies in her home as young man.

In Pace her name had changed to Taylor....Duane dismissed himself after we got to the house. and went back to see her on his own. He told me I KNOW that WOMAN but her name was Ford.

Duane did not die until 1995 and it was those last 2 yrs things showed up in the house....the JUG with parcute parts in it. Duane told me not to sell it...and that it was a part of a chute.


Homid and I had discussed Taylor in the past, but I didnt make the links until tonight. I have to contact the FBI in the morning with what I know.

IN WA Duane excused him self and went to see a woman and she had some things he needed to takE away.

Pill IS HEAVY ON ME NOW.

EARLY THAT DAY HE SAID HE NEED TO GO SEE SOMEONE....now I KNOW WHO HE WENT TO SEE.

HOW COULD TWO MEN WHO HAD BEEN INVOLVED IN A SKYJACK END UP LIVING ON ONE SMALL STREET I WILL NEVER KNOW - AT LEAST NOT IN THIS MOMENT.

FORD HAD DIED IN A CRASH A FEW YR AFTER THE SKYJACKING....

AFTER ALL OF THESE YRS WE FIND THEY ARE LIVING A FEW DOORS FROM US IN A VERY SMALL COMMUNITY.

THIS IS MAKING SENSE AND I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH IT.

You may be quite fortunate, TSS, as a find the overcoming of the fading of my passions is one of the greatest challenges of my life.

But it does provide the impetus to dig a little deeper in some areas than I would otherwise, such as the new physics or finding new ways to put G-1's tootsies to the fire.

Speaking of which, I seem to be able to put that man into a huge tizzy without even trying - it reminds me of being a teenager and my mother back in the old days....
