I will be moving to the Waldorf-White Plaines area of MD and wonder what are the options for local DZs. I have checked out the bigger ones, Orange, VA and Chambersberg, PA; but want to know of any closer to my new home

Skydive Delmarva in Laurel, DE (awesome dz, unfortunately temporarily not operating, but that shouldn't be for much longer)

Skydive the Point in West Point, VA

if you will be in MD, Chambersburg will probably be your best bet.
that's my home DZ.

I also go to West Point -VA and Orange.

I've never been to Delmarva, but based on everyone that came to Chambersburg from there last week, it's a DZ I'd love to visit.... Everyone was so nice, a lot of fun. I'm sorry that the DZ has issues right now, but glad I got to meet so many from there!

I can't make it this year... I'm a packer at Chambersburg (and damn, you DMV people are GOOD to packers!!!!!!), but this is my last year as packer, so will finally be free to travel more!! (My husband and I are the only two regular packers at the DZ). So will definitely visit.
