Squeak 17 #1 October 30, 2003 I'm lloking at getting one of the Sewing ladies at work to make me up a pair of Freefly pants and a suit, she wants to know what type of thread to use for skydiving clothes. I'll be using cotton drill for the clothing? Any suit makers there with suggestions?You are not now, nor will you ever be, good enough to not die in this sport (Sparky) My Life ROCKS! darkvapor 0 #3 October 30, 2003 Use the thickest thread the fabric and machine can handle! I doubt you can over build pants or a suit.. I just made some pants for myself.. PhreeZone 15 #6 October 30, 2003 Also look at your local fabric store for uplustry (sp??) thread. Its cheaper then E thread and lasts as long.
