feuergnom 22 #1 February 20, 2007 i just wanted to renew my membership online - only to find out that to renewing ratings requires a print out of a pdf-form to be sent via mail so much for easy renewal /rant/venting done/The universal aptitude for ineptitude makes any human accomplishment an incredible miracle dudeist skydiver #

sunshine 2 #3 February 20, 2007 How is that bad customer service? Finding a qualified person to sign off your renewal isn't too difficult. Hell they send you the renewal form 3 months in advance. ___________________________________________ meow I get a Mike hug! I get a Mike hug!

matthewcline 0 #7 February 20, 2007 Read what ya wrote bud. Memberships can be renewed of course but since a third party is needed for ratings, I can see needing the form signed. I signed 4 today and they got FAXED in and are already being processed. They have GREAT customer service in all my dealings, but it has only been 11+ years with USPA for me. He needs signatures for ratings. If he wants to give up his rating he can renew on line. If not, he needs to be signed off. Maybe he is trying to hide something about his rating?
