The intent of the author is less important to me than how I react to it. I do not always react in the way the author intended.

For example, fake news wants to discourage me from believing President Trump is the correct man for the job. I don't buy into that premise. Instead, I react angrily to the character of the individual news person.

Remember, I am a counselor and I focus on the emotion of the situation or circumstance. Feelings in the here and now are all that is real. Well, real in the world of ego-illusions that is. The truth is outside that realm.

The truth is the journey of the spirit man to reunite with God. Jesus Christ is the focal point on each individual beam of light from God, which is His love.
