A German doctor says, " That is nothing....in Germany we can take a lung out of one person and put it in another, and have him looking for work in four weeks."

A Russian doctors then says, " In my country, we can take half a heart out of one man , put it in another, and have them both looking for work in two weeks."

The Texas doctor, not to be outdone, says, " You guys are away behind....we recently took a man in Texas who had no brains, and we put him in the White House for eight years, and now half the country if looking for work."

According to the argument that he and I had about a year ago, it is supposed to happen sometime before the next president takes office. I am still waiting for the day after so I can say what I think about that kind of arrogance.
