I just also see that when you withold that aid unless ineffective policies (abstinence based AIDS prevention) are implemented, it should come as no surprise that those policies fail to make a difference. So if that is the case, it should be a GOOD thing that the people over there believe in the mission, even if you don't. From what I've read the general morale of the troops seems to be a lot better than it was in Vietnam, anyway. If we gotta be in it, we might as well be in it to win it.
