Wings classic vs. wings vision

Recommended Posts

OK, the website says "sleeker" and "more colors." What's the difference, actually, in terms of function. Does sleeker translate to long and skinny vs. short and wide, or flat vs. thicker, or just that it's way cooler because there are more colors?

It's probably finally time to replace my 1997 bought-used Javelin :D, and I might just upsize while I'm at it. Thanks

There is nothing more dangerous than breaking a basic safety rule and getting away with it. It removes fear of the consequences and builds false confidence. (tbrown)

as a Wings owner, I would say : get a Voodoo Curv :D or at least a VSE Infinity.

+1 on the Voodoo Curv. Because all the options you probably want are included in the base price. No add-on skyrocketing additions like SS hardware... it's already there! And a Curv fits better than any other rig I've tried.

I have jumped Rigging Innovations products for 30+ years and the Curv is by far the most comfortable rig I have ever jumped. The Bio Curve and Bio Yoke make it fit like no other rig.

I believe the vision is longer and thinner, geared more toward taller folks.

I think that is the Ext models, if I recall correctly? I thought the Vision was just the same as the classic, but with slightly different closing flaps and riser cover panels, which (I figured due to the "vertical stripes phenomenon") makes it look more sleek and compact...
