my question is this..where the hell did this guy get a gun at??? from my experiance in germany it is very hard to aquire a firearm there......

Yep...in Korea there is no private legal firearms ownership. The only nongovernment owners are security firms. However.....there are plenty of guns in Tongduchon. Then lets a take a look at Mexico. You can't legally own anything over .22 caliber. PLENTY of guns in Mexico.
