Over the last 2 years I have become kinda good at it.

Do you have a rough draft? Start with that.
Dates of employment to and from - What you did there, how you were a hero and etc....

See if there are ANY persons who can vouch for you. To use as references.

That is about it for a resume... some big words here and there and you got it.

There are several forms for resumes in Word, under templates. I customize those and go with it.

One hint is to make sure your grammar and spelling are accurate. Particularly spelling, but grammar (within resume bounds) makes a big difference too.

Keep the formatting simple and only use bold or italics on phrases you really want to stand out. I've done a bit of recruiting for my work and most of the time I spend no more than 30 seconds on a first glance at a resume. I am just looking for key things that make that person a possible match for the job opening. Neat, concise presentation usually works best. Good luck!
