I've moved back home, gotten UNengaged, gained another 5 pounds, and i really just want to get the hell outta here for a while. Any ideas? I spent a couple of months in Italy.....the trick is going off season.....my round trip ticket was $500.00 to Rome on KLM and my Euro Rail pass was $200.00.....that is a far cry from 8 grand.... It might be other times as well. My X went to Amsterdam in March & got round trip tickets for $300.00/each. The weather was ok....a little rainy at times but fine to wear maybe a t-shirt with a wind breaker. Wasn't touristy at all.
