I'm not sure what you're trying to say, but this was probably made by somebody in the west with a sense of humour. Computers are fairly easy to access here. However, if you actually read the full story about Bert, you'll see that there are Muslims with computers and internet access. I'm sure the leaders of such protests could find somebody with access. Of course, allowing that access would be dangerous to their faith because their followers might learn that there are other ways to live, and that America (and other Western nations) aren't so bad after all.
