Do You Keep a Diary?

I've begun to consider keeping a diary, or a journal of sorts. My brain is often more active than the task at hand requires, so there is a sort of "overflow," and I thought it might be interesting to keep a record of the thngs that happen in my head, that would otherwise be forgetten if allowed to drop into the flow of time.

i try, but i don't have time to write everything down, usually use the 'diary' just to get things that are bothering me off my chest.

I don't keep one, but I wish I did. I've had so many experiences that I wish I would have written down, so I could go back and read a few years down the road and remember exactly how I felt that day. I'm beginning to forget the feeling I had when a lot of important things happened to me.
