I have only been there for 4 months, but I cannot continue to run the entire sales for one company and go underpaid as I have been. It's pretty hard to work for someone such as my boss who is bi-polar, unstable, HIGHLY ANAL, etc. Anyone have a need for a B2B inside/outside sales account exec? Hey, it's worth a shot...... I've got some pretty anal emails sent to me... I have to BCC him on EVERY email I send out. I have to log into a database every phone call and email. I have to then send him a daily report of all phone calls and emails and every task that I do. He came up here to chew my ass out because I didn't reply to an email that he sent me.
