If you need to stay a while during the summer then you are all welcome to stay in since I am not using it anymore. Just a thought. Although I might be out of town, you can still take it out. remember it is a small sail boat, it is a Pacific Seacraft Flicka (check out flicka on googles and you'll see it, only 8 of them built in the *****).
