They keep the homepage very clean for a reason, so that it doesn't take long to load and is easy to use, I promise the code those MIT boys and girls are churning out aren't high-schoolish in any way. Based on what I've read, I believe that the problem sentence in the privacy policy will most likely change before rollout.
