ChunkyT 0 #26 September 3, 2003 I also have a 25" head, and i'm having a hell of a time finding a helmet. However, I've heard that bonehead makes their helmets on the larger size. You also might want to try out the Aviator in the extra large. The large almost fits me, so the xl might work out. Hope this helps We are creatures of the air, Our roots in dreams And clouds, reborn In flight. -Salmon Rushdie

Muenkel 0 #29 September 3, 2003 QuoteNot sure what my head circumference is, but XXL helmets are usually too small for me. And this surprises you? Where do you think you have been storing all those brain cells you have...wait a minute...don't answer that. _________________________________________ Chris

jkwon 0 #32 May 11, 2004 You know. I am having the same problems. My head is 24.5 inches around however, that isn't the problem. It's that the top of my head hits weird places on the inside of the helmet. I've tried on all kinds of xl and xxl helmets and nothing seems to fit. Almost got Skysystems to custom make me a helmet but that fell through. Anyone else out there make custom sized helmets? --joe--joe HISPA #69 The Best Band in the WORLD!!!
