"Oh well...I was, er...doing some special 'maneuvers' under canopy during the special cross country at Aimee and Val's Vibe Boogie!" I guess that would definitely top my usual "I dislocated my shoulder while flaring" explanation! Erica--yes, I'm doing my shoulder exercises! My PT is being very mean to me these days. The other day, she was stretching my shoulder, moving it around, etc. and she bent my arm back in a position that REALLY hurt. I complained and she said, "Oh come on, you know you like it!"
