BillyVance 34 #1 January 29, 2005 To my fellow DZ.commers, I haven't said anything to anybody about this until now because we wanted to wait until things were final. We just purchased a one bedroom condo near Gulf Shores on the Alabama peninsula as an investment property. It finally closed last week, so we thought that we would let you all know in case anyone is interested in accommodations for an upcoming getaway to the beach. It's available for weekends or on a weekly basis. Weekends will cost about $100 for three nights and $250 for the week. These prices are low because they are for you DZ.commers. It's a one bedroom, high-rise unit that overlooks the ocean, nestled among lush greens, and has a lovely view of the Gulf on one side and the lagoon on the other! You are welcome to stay. See the attached photo. Blue Skies! BillyVance 34 #3 January 29, 2005 QuoteHmm, I don't know about that... I'm afraid of heights. Oh, and I'm afraid of Alabama too. (just kidding) Well, after Hurricane Ivan blasted the area last September, the rebuilding efforts are kind of taking a step back to the old days of cheap housing... heck, I'll get 4 or 5 times my investment back on this before the next hurricane comes and knocks it off, and then I'll be like who cares? Let's do it again! Just kidding though! I think it would be cool just to see what it's like up there though...
