THE ALLMAN BROTHERS LIVE AT THE FILLMORE EAST is the all time greatest live album ever recorded, hands down. Anybody wishing to argue that can fucking eat me;)

GD right! Yes, very kick ass CD!

Anything Live at the Fillmore is good! That is about all i buy now is live recordings......I do not want to hear the producer and engineer pro tool tricks! Some of my live cd's include.....
The Allman Brothers-Live at the Fillmore East and Atlanta Pop Festival
Ten Years After-Live at the Fillmore East
Jefferson Airplane-Live at the Fillmore East
Bob Dylan 75 bootlegs
DMB-Folsome Field
BigHead Todd and the Monsters-Live at the Red Rocks and an older CD I cannot think of the name of!
Any of Led Zeps live stuff
The Doors-Live in Detroit and the 2 cd set.
Peter Gabriel-Secret World 2 cd set
Sheryl Crow-Live in NYC

others mean and rueful of the western dream"

I don't like how dave sings - it sounds like he's gargling - but I like the instruments

I thought I was the only one who thought that way. I hate his voice. I always said that it sounds like there's a frog in his throat.
