When I weighed this afternoon I was at 166. That could just be because I went 24 hours without food though. I expect things to be normal at work now so I'm going to get back to my exercise routine and see if I can make that a solid number. I can't help but be pleased that - solid or not - I'm still moving in the right direction! As for keeping this going, I see your point. I was hoping more people would join as time went on but it hasn't worked out that way. Let's give it another week or two and see what happens.
