Slappie 9 #1 May 19, 2005 Ok I admit I've watched this season only because I caught Bo singing once. He blew me away with his version of some R&B hits. They're down to 2 finalist now. Who's your choice and why? I think Bo should win for talent and stage presense. Karrie is a fuckin bombshell but she just doesn't have "it" on stage. She has awesome singing talent just lacking something when she's preforming. She has an extremely strong voice, but just doesn't have that punch - something's missing. If she had Vonzelle's charisma...she'd take it. Nothing has impressed me since Kelly - well, until Bo came along. He brings that true Southern Rock Star Icon back to us!! He's very raw and pure. If Clive does his job, I'll buy his music. I'm not a huge country music fan, but it's more than that - her stage presense sucks, her song choice is odd, and many of her performances are weak. I never would have guessed she'd make the final, and in this post I even went so far as to predict she wouldn't. Bo is an awesome singer. tigra 0 #9 May 19, 2005 Bo Bice and American Idol- my guilty pleasure! I was surfing and caught him early on doing Whipping Post. I've been hooked ever since. (Kept waiting for him to get voted off so I could quit watching!) Carrie has great raw talent, but she needs a lot of work with her performance AND her vocals. masterrig 1 #11 May 19, 2005 Personally, I'd like to see Carie win it. They both do excellent in certain areas. Bo's acapella, blew me away. Carrie, does country quite well. Bo, is a good Southern rocker. Carrie, is being 'eye-balled' by Nashville. Carrie, will pick-up a better stage presence as she progresses in time. Bo's been at it awhile. When it comes right down to the nut cuttin', it's a toss-up. I just prefer Carrie's style. Like someone said here... white male... next winner. Gotta keep it equal. I wouldn't go as far as wanting to purchase an album or anything American Idol packaged. I'm into a much heavier an off the radio type of music. I'm not mainstream enough to buy their crap. hooked 0 #25 May 19, 2005 Can we vote more than once? This has been the best season for American Idol. I've been for Bo the whole season. Constantine was also very good, I'm waiting for his cd. If the poll here shows anything, Bo will win and he should win, he is an awesome performer. It's time to get a rock singer to win this thing, not a 'teeny bopper' singer. Now everyone that voted here for Bo, should vote for him next week! I anxiously wait every week to hear him sing. As stated in other posts, Carrie is good, she just lacks stage presence.
