Do you drive fast?

Recommended Posts

I'm just curious if most skydivers drive fast? I know a lot of jumpers that are also bikers, so does that need for speed and adrenaline carry over to your daily driving habbits?

Personally I drive fast all the time, 4 speeding tickets and I think I might still have 6 points on my lisence, I would say Yes, as often as possible

If I am behind the wheel I am haulin' ass. It's not because I get some form of rush, it's because I am a cop and I know I won't get a ticket ;)

I can generally shave a buch of time off of my "Streets and Trips" travel estimate. Some people refuse to ride with me, but I'll bet they'd want me there if they need medical attention:)

Nope. Speed is for the racetrack.

Do runways and taxiways count as "racetracks"?

Public roads are for getting from A to B without killing some poor innocent.

Agreed. On the freeway I'll normally do 5ish over. Maybe 10 over if there's plenty of traffic and that's what they're doing, but that's not all that frequent. On residential streets I usually just idle along at 20 or so, because I can't handle the prospect of killing some kid who runs out in front of me.

I drive fairly fast on the freeway (80s), although not all the time.
It's not my fault, it my car's fault.:|

After what i did to you in rantoul, i'm scared to ride with you.

And I had totally forgotten about you callously slinging me from the back of the golfcart. I had even forgotten that if it weren't for Wingnut, you would have left me there muddy and bleeding in the road, just another good man broken by Sunshine--yep, I had forgotten about that, trust me, I had;)

Too bad you couldn't find 6th gear

Thank god we found a "real" driver.:|

Luckily I got to watch that one from the sideline... how are your tires doing? ;)

And whatever that piece was that fell off? Haven't found a need for it yet?
