Light, fluffy, scambled eggs

yeah me neither. I asked a guy in the office and he said water as well. I said YOUR WRONG!!!!!
I said Heavy Cream is apparently the thing, and milk is closer to that than water. He said he uses light sour cream when he wants really good egss.

MILK WINS!!!! MILK WINS!!!!

OK, I gave the milk lobby a try this morning, and was impressed with the results. It will take some getting used to the different cooking temp and time.
I'll give the tsp. of water for each egg a try tomorrow.
