New Belgium makes one called 1554 that's pretty good. Of course, it would be an import to you if you can even get it, so probably pretty expensive. But for what it costs here, it's pretty damn good.

Basically anything that is from germany/Czech area you are really good to go. I find the Czech beer is more forgiving in flavour and more like lager you would be used to. German beer is like being smacked in the face with a mallet when you take your first sip, just tastes so beery.
