In fact I used the first half on a malingering patient last week. winer was complaining about being in prison (never mind all the bad stuff he did to get there). So, while in team, I basically told him that he isn't getting away with hiding out in the mental health system, and he'll have to take responsibility for the time he was given. I said "you're just going to have to suck it up...." and cupcake sat on the tip of my tongue. I soooo badly wanted to say it. But because I try to be professional, I refrained.
