I've gone exactly 14 days w/no cigarettes.The only problem now is that my liver is in recovery from LP LOL!!!thanks for all the incentives and support everyone...especially at the smoker-filled bar at LP when I REALLY wanted a smoke.I'm sure my lungs are relieved from the lack of smoke in such high altitude too!now I've just got to find a way of getting rid of this oral fixation.... By the way, nice to meet you at Lake McGregor during LP boogie. If you can make it through going to the bar up there then you've got them beat. Just remember that you are stronger than the cigarette. Here is another way to look at it. At a pack and a half a day, in 4 yrs I have not smoked 43,800 cigarettes, Conservativly at $4.50 a day ( thats what I was spending 4 yrs ago) I have saved $6,750.00. My wife quit smoking a pack a day 6 months after me so we can almost double that. Those are some incredible numbers. Think of what you can buy. We make our house payment on the money we save.
